What is our Returns Policy?

As a small independent business, we are sadly unable to offer returns or refunds.

All purchases are final, however if you find there is a sizing issue or fault with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of receiving your order) and we will work with you to see how we can put it right.

We like happy customers and we pride ourselves on providing kind and friendly customer service.


What are my shipping options?

All orders are posted out First Class Royal Mail.

Standard Shipping is £3.95

Signed for Shipping is £4.95

Once orders are posted, they typically arrive within 1 - 3 days.


What if my order gets lost in the post?

We really hope this doesn't happen to you. Sometimes there are delays in our postal service but everything arrives in the end. Please be patient as once an order is posted out it is out of our control. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a Tracked Service due to it not being available in our location. We are constantly reviewing our options to see if using a Courier Service would work better.

When will I receive my order?

As a small business we make to order, meaning there are wait times once your order is placed. However we always do our best to keep these as short as possible.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Wherever size options are a requirement to complete an order, there is a size guide available within the product's page. There is also a full Size Guide & Measuring advice listed in the drop down Menu of our 'INFO' section.
