Delivery & Returns
We all like to be in possession of all the facts when it comes to Postage & Packaging. So here it guys.
All UK orders are sent out by First Class Royal Mail.
The delivery charge is £3.95 per order.
I always try to keep postage & package costs down as low as possible because I know that nobody likes to fork out a small fortune for delivery.
(You can also choose to upgrade to a 'Signed for' Service which costs £4.95. This provides you (and I) with a bit more security as a signature is required in receipt of delivery).
Once an order has been shipped, It is out of my hands and into the control of our lovely Posties. Should the worst happen and your parcel go missing, there is unfortunately not much that I am able to do. I am unable to reimburse the cost of any orders that have been lost in the post (It has been known for parcels to be misplaced and arrive months later. It's frustrating for both you and I, but once a parcel is sent, I have absolutely no control over it).
Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to openly accept returns and therefore refunds are not automatically available.
If your order contains an item of clothing, please make sure you have consulted the size guide to make sure you've selected the best size options for you. If you ever need help or advice on this, please feel free to drop us an email (email@example.com) or send us a message through our Facebook or Instagram Platforms.
Should you ever feel that a product is not the right size or fit for you, or that it is faulty or damaged in anyway. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your parcel. In this scenario I will always work with you to figure out what the best solution is so that the end result is a happy customer and happy business owner.
